If your daughter doesn’t have a leotard, she should wear comfortable clothing, nothing with buckles or zippers. Her shirt should be tight fitted for flipping. Please pull hair back and secure with a ponytail holder and remove any jewelry (other than stud earrings) for their safety.

After your child has missed a class, you can call in and we can schedule a make-up for them. We offer unlimited make-ups but we do ask that you schedule a make-up within a month of the missed class. Another option for make-ups are to attend and open gym or open play free of charge.

For Preschool classes we have a 1:4-8 ratio. For Recreation classes we have a 1:7-10. The ratio really depends on the age and maturity of the groups and the experience of the coaches.

We are a year-long sport, you can join at any time.

Gymnastics is year round for us. You can join Gym-Fit at any time.

We do not allow make up classes for holiday closures. Our tuition is based on a 4 week month and our year-long schedule accounts for 48 weeks of class for each day of the week.

We offer unlimited make-ups! We do ask that you schedule your make-up within a month of your missed class. We ask that if you cannot attend your make-up, you call and cancel it prior to the class, we do not offer make-ups for make-up classes.

We do have a sibling discount, 10% is taken off the tuition of lesser amount.

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee is added after the first missed class of the month.

Upon registering, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join our portal.

Once your child’s class has started and they are safely in the gym with their instructor, you can leave. For the safety of our students, we do request that you walk your student in and wait with them until the class is called into the gym. We also ask that you come in at the end of the class and wait for them in the lobby. We do not want students going out to the parking lot alone.

We require a 2-week notice via email. If you would like to discontinue your child’s class, please email us at info@gymfitsports.com.

Open Gym is two hours of supervised, unstructured fun gym time. The cost for Open Gym is $10 for current students and $15 for non-students, ages for Open Gym are 6 and up.

Your child’s coach continually evaluates them and will notify you when they are ready to progress to the next level.
